I’ve somehow managed to miss ever reading a Speedball story. I stopped reading comics regularly soon after he showed up in the Marvel universe and he hasn’t appeared in any of the collections I’ve read recently.
You have to love a comic character who’s first issue cover isn’t a splashy “Look out crooks, TigerMan is in town!” generic introduction, but our hero bent over and crestfallen as two mooks are bragging “We just killed your sister and now we’re gonna kill you!”
“Yeah Tigerman. We killed your sister. So what?!”
