This is one of a series of little drawings I found while unpacking and organizing my old art. They all feature some cartoon character being struck by lightning. I believe they are from 2000. It’s possible they were somehow intended for the WonderCon program book that Nizzibet’s Labor of Love design partnership was working on. If so they didn’t make the cut.

I mentioned a while back that I’ve been going through old artwork and organizing it in my flat files. This is a unfinished piece intended for the unfinished Mandate of Heaven RPG.
The Curse
This minicomic was done as an example to our students in the Luther Burbank Center’s after school comics class. I wanted them to see a story with a beginning, middle and end – in four pages. Three actually, since the first page was the cover.
