Warmth. Sunshine. The Northwest is lurching toward summer. At the moment delivering mail is pleasant. I haven’t yet needed to use the fan in my truck. That’s great because the fan mostly just moves the air around rather than cools things down. My shoulder is fully recovered. Yay!
Working regular post office hours means less drawing time but I keep plugging away. The results show up a little at a time on the spreadsheet.

Of course I might make more progress on the above projects if I didn’t get sidetracked by having fun and practicing skills doing little side things. The illustration below is King Kong vs the Gargantuas. I originally started sketching Kong vs Umbah and Tavotz (giant prehistoric men from an unproduced Willis O’Brien movie concept) but I wasn’t managing to draw those characters in a ways that made them look interesting so I switched them out for Gaira and Sanda from the movie War of the Gargantuas.
